Please note:

A pre-assessment appointment costs $35.
Pre-assessment appointments are recommended for dogs between 1 and 3 years old - or for any dog if you have concerns about its readiness and want some 1-to-1 coaching with your dog.
If your dog is less than 1 year old at this time, please wait until your dog is 1 to fill out this form. In the meantime, please refer to the information and training resources on our Puppies page to help you and your puppy get ready for the program.
